As a Professional Engineer, Carman is in a distinctive position to understand and address technical issues such as those involved in construction disputes. Carman is licensed as a barrister, solicitor, and notary in the Province of Ontario and an attorney in the State of New York. ​ Experience: Carman Feng is not just a lawyer but a dedicated advocate for your legal rights. With extensive experience in customer service and sales across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Canada, she prioritizes understanding each client’s unique circumstances and needs. Mylene skillfully guides clients through the complexities of the legal system, ensuring they have clear strategies to achieve their desired outcomes. Although she focuses on negotiation, she is also prepared for litigation when necessary. Clients trust Mylene to assess their situations and develop effective strategies. Fluent in both English and Cantonese, she connects with a diverse clientele. With a Juris Doctor, a Master of Architecture, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Mylene offers invaluable insights and guidance. Experience: Mylene has gained valuable experience while articling at a local family law firm and has a strong background in problem-solving and effective communication. She volunteered with the Ontario Pro Bono Hotline to assist vulnerable members of the community and has courtroom experience from Hong Kong, where she co-authored a publication for the Law Society of Hong Kong. Mylene specializes in family disputes, construction issues, commercial disputes, small claims, landlord-tenant conflicts, will drafting, and estate planning. With her extensive work experience, she also has a keen interest in employment law. Education: Mylene has achieved academic success internationally. She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Concordia University in Montreal, followed by a Juris Doctorate from the City University of Hong Kong. She then completed a three-year accelerated master’s degree in architecture at Florida International University in Miami, showcasing her resilience and strong work ethic throughout her education.
